Mattressland offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase, depending on the mattress model and manufacturer. The warranty period applicable to your mattress is stated on your mattress warranty card.
If you purchase a mattress from us and use it with a foundation that provides proper support, the warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your mattress. Please note that Mattressland's warranty service is limited to repairs and does not include replacement with a new mattress.
For proper support, use a firm, flat bed base. Avoid slatted bases with wide gaps, as these can cause mattress sagging or damage. Refer to the images below.
The warranty does not apply to and excludes:
• Personal firmness or comfort preferences.
• Normal body impressions of 1.5 inches or less.
• Bed height or weight.
• Mattress cover or fabric.
• Bent border or grid wires.
• Burns, stains or soiling.
• Mattresses used without a suitable, supportive bed base.
• Adjustable foundations.
• Normal wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
The warranty will be void if:
• The mattress is not kept clean or is visibly dirty.
• There is evidence of improper use or mishandling.
• The mattress is used without a suitable bed base or foundation that provides adequate support.
• Use a firm, flat, rigid bed base that provides even support. An unsuitable base may cause the mattress
to sag or appear to sag.
• Use a mattress protector to help prevent stains and damage.
• Don't bend, fold, stand or jump on the mattress, as damage can occur.
• Don't use cleaning fluids on your mattress, as they may damage some of the materials.
• Don't smoke in bed or use open flames near the bed.
If a defect appears during the warranty period, contact Mattressland with a copy of your sales invoice and clear photos of the defect. The invoice must include the mattress model name and order date so we can identify your product and confirm its warranty coverage.
All claims are subject to factory inspection and approval to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
Some discontinued models may not be repairable. In such cases, we offer credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price or a 30% discount on a new mattress, whichever gives the lower monetary benefit.
Repairs may take up to 7–10 working days. Customers are responsible for arranging an alternative sleeping option during this period.
You may request a temporary mattress, which may be provided free of charge, subject to availability. This is an optional service, and Mattressland is under no obligation to provide it. If available, the temporary mattress may differ in model, type and comfort from your own mattress.
