    1. Returns

    Eligibility for Returns:
    • 10-Night Trial: Applicable for [specific mattress models] – returns must be requested within 10 nights from the delivery date.
    • 30-Day Trial: Applicable for [specific mattress models] – returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
    • The product must be in its original condition with no damage or stains.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    Non-Returnable Items:
    • Bed bases, beds, and accessories are non-returnable.
    • Clearance or sale items.
    • Custom or personalized products.
    • Used or damaged mattresses due to improper handling.

    2. Return Process

    2. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
    3. Our team will ensure necessary precautions are taken to securely pack the mattress.

    3. Refunds

    Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

    Refund Exceptions:
    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds may be denied if the product is found to be damaged or used.

    4. Free Returns and Delivery

    • If no one is present at the delivery address during the first delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled one more time at no additional cost. Any subsequent deliveries will be charged based on the location and items.
    • All items must be fully paid for a minimum of 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
    • Delivery charges apply for Western Region areas (Ruwais, Mirfa, Liwa, Al Ain, Al Qua, etc.).

    5. Mattress Exchange Process

    1. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will contact you within 24 hours.
    2. Mattress exchange is applicable only on the first purchase.
    3. If the mattress size is incorrect, contact our customer service team to request an exchange. The request must be made within the trial period and is subject to approval.
    4. Exchanges due to size issues are only permissible for sizes specified on our website. We recommend verifying size details before purchase.
    5. Upon exchange approval, our expert will apply any necessary exchange deductions based on the applicable terms.
