Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery anywhere in the UAE.

Once you have placed your order, we will dispatch it for production and then delivery.

When you receive your delivery, please check your order carefully before signing the delivery note. Your Order should be delivered to you in perfect condition. You have the right to refuse the items if they show any signs of damage.

Deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Saturday) after you place your order, if the production schedule allows it.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery if you are located outside major city limits. Delivery charges may apply outside major city limits.

We use an external transportation service for our deliveries. If your order is delayed or incomplete, kindly contact us and we will correct this as a matter of urgency.

The home page countdown timer for delivery is in for dubai and sharjah. Kindly allow 2 extra days for other cities

10 nights trial mattresses

At Mattressland, we strive to provide you with a great sleep experience. We offer 10 nights trial on many of our mattresses (all mattress with 10 nights trial logo), we want you to try it out for yourself . Risk-free*

*Trial is not applicable on customized sizes. Standard sizes are those listed for any particular model. Once a mattress has been order under a special size, it cannot be canceled or modified after 24h of placing the order 

*Returned Mattresses must be clean, with no stains. Dirty mattresses will not be returned nor refunded. If stains are minimal, a 50% of the value of the mattress will be charged in case the return has been accepted 

Beds and Bedding Accessories

There is no return no exchange policy on all beds and bedding accessories

You may of course cancel your order any time before delivery for a full refund for accessories.

Beds once ordered cannot be cancelled.
